We infused Carolina Reaper, the worlds spiciest pepper, with our favorite Litchfield, Connecticut hills honey, to create something as sweet as it is hot.
But fret not. The flavor profile gives off heat, not that spicy scorch other hot honeys do. The only thing guaranteed is an equal serving of pleasure and (good) pain.

Why do we use glass jars?
They are more expensive to ship! But, there is a reason.
Sweet Fire is raw, unfiltered honey. Sometimes that causes honey to crystallize or thicken. That's normal, a sign that it has not been heated above 110 degrees and still has all its healthy properties! If the honey does harden or crystallize, remove metal cap from the jar and put it in the microwave for only 10 seconds.
BOOM! It’s back! Take THAT plastic squeeze bottle.
OUR 6-STEP RECIPE
First, we take honey and put it in a bowl.
Second, we chop Carolina Reaper.
Third, we infuse it.
Fourth, taste it.
Fifth, put stickers on jars.
Six, sell you honey.
The whole process is VERY sticky.
!!! ACT NOW !!!
You can't find this on Facebook, Instagram or MySpace. Definitely not TikTok.
Very rare. Limited supplies until the bees help us make more.
(Did you know it takes 638 bees visiting 790,000 flowers to make 1 jar of this honey?!)
